Tastes like chocolate but red to the eye, the palate never lies. Named for its’ crimson velvety crumb, this  chocolate cake covered in a cream cheese frosting was originally red as a result of the reaction between vinegar and cocoa powder in the recipe. Today, food colouring is used to enhance its colour. The Soft, velvety texture remains with a slight tangy flavour

This 7” cake (±850g) serves 6 – 8 people.
